Danielle Parks started working at Darling’s part-time making service follow-up calls in spring 1998 while she was a student. During that summer, she started working in the service department as a service advisor assistant. In 2000, Danielle became the Team Service Manager for Darling’s Nissan. In 2008, she became the shop foreman/dispatcher and assistant service manager at Darling’s Honda Nissan Volvo. 2011 became Assistant Service Manager at Darling’s Ford VW Audi. Danielle became an ASE Certifed Service Consultant in 2009. 2015 became Warranty manager working with all of Darling’s locations and brands. She says that she may not know the answer to a question immediately, but somewhere out there is an answer and she will help you find it.
Danielle grew up in rural Maine where they school bus didn’t always go all the way to her house. Several days a week would get off the bus at a local small garage where her father would at times to wait for a ride home. Danielle says that she has always been the curious question asker and “wrench getter,” and likes knowing how things work. She will read manuals and try every new feature on things she buys, including vehicles. One of her favorite things about her job is showing someone how to use things like Bluetooth or understand how the systems work in their car.
