Amy Nye received Finance & Insurance (F&I) training from Northeast Dealer Services and F&I Resources. In September 2004, she started with Darling’s in the Finance Office and worked at the Ford/VW/Audi store for over a year. When the Darling’s Used Vehicle Center opened on the Sylvan Road, Amy transferred over to do finance and insurance at that store. In addition, she spent six months doing finance at the Honda/Nissan/Volvo store.
Amy’s niche is the used car department and working with people that have special finance needs. Her long-term working relationships with all of the lenders in the area assist her in providing the best customer service to her customers. Her experience working in the Darling’s stores gave her a good working knowledge of the products we sell as well as how to work best with finance sources.
